Hello,

My name is Kendall Golder and I am your Teen President for the 2024-2025 program year! I
have been in the Arundel Bay Area chapter for 10 years. One thing I have noticed about the
ABA chapter is our connection to the community and the mother's hard work and dedication
they put into the community service and program year. The mothers and fathers of ABA use
their own experiences and lives to teach and be our role models.

My theme for this program year is “Unity”. The teens will be learning to collaborate with one
another, to unify ideas so they can be cohesive. I want to leave a lasting imprint so that teens
learn how to work together, especially in teen conferences so they can come up with unified
ideas. Being able to bring ideas together, allows for diverse perspectives to be considered, and
can lead to many creative and innovative solutions. Having different ideas is very important and
is how we can grow as humans especially our mindset, which is why I want the teens to focus
on unity and bring ideas together.
