On behalf of the Arundel Bay Area Chapter, it is my sincere pleasure to welcome you to our website.
For over 33 years, our 45 talented and creative mothers have been focused on creating cultural, educational, health, civic, legislative, and social activities and programs that promote a stronger understanding of African-American heritage, develop future leaders, and contribute to the growth and prosperity of our community for our children and all children. More now than ever with policies and laws being enacted which seek to eliminate any opportunity to celebrate or learn about our rich heritage, we must remain active and steadfast in our resolve to strengthen our community by socio-political action. There's an African Proverb that states, "when spider webs unite, they can tie up a lion." Individually, we can do so little, but when we unite, we have strength!
Our chapter's theme is "Elevating Our Strengths." We will realize our theme by focusing on elevating everything we do from implementing progressive programming, being our sisters' keeper, bonding and building relationships, leveraging our connections, and uplifting one another in need: ourselves, our families, and our communities. One of the ways we help our community and our National Foundation is through our fundraising events, so follow us on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram to learn more about the public events we are hosting and consider attending.
Thanks for visiting our website and being interested in the Arundel Bay Area Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Inc.
Long Live Jack and Jill!
